What is Wholesale North America?
Wholesale North America is an online wholesale division of Net Health Shops, LLC. Net Health Shops, LLC. develops and maintains B2B and B2C websites in the home and garden industry, and is expanding to other industries.
Who can use www.wholesalenorthamerica.com?
Wholesalenorthamerica.com is a business service. Our website is available only to retailers, online stores, and any related business throughout the world. These retailers can be for home and garden décor, hammock, outdoor living, pond, and other industries.
Wholesale North America reserves the right to accept or decline any manufacturer or distributor.
When is Wholesale North America open?

Is it safe to order online through the site?
Yes, we have taken numerous steps to protect the privacy of your information. All credit card information is encrypted prior to transmissions over a Secure Socket Layer (SSL).
How are the items shipped?
The products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Eau Claire, WI. Depending on the product, the products are shipped either by FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, USPS or common carrier.
I’m a new user and I’m not able to view the prices, why?
You must be a registered user in order to look at pricing information. To become a registered user, you must be in the Home and Garden Décor, Lawn, or Pond products retail business. You should also have a valid Tax Resale ID or a Tax Exempt Certificate. Please be prepared to fax, mail, or email this information to us. This is a wholesale site and we want only business professionals to navigate through our site.
What is my minimum order?
There is no minimum order size.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal. We don’t accept COD.
What is the return policy?
We have a 30 day return policy at Wholesale North America. Contact us at customerservice@nethealthshops.comor 877-503-7644 to receive a RMA number. At that time, a return address will be emailed to you. Returns without authorization are subject to refusal or additional restocking fees. The product cannot be used and must be in resalable condition, the original packaging must be included and intact. Please make sure the customer includes all pieces of the order including the instruction manual. Wholesale North America will not be responsible for return shipping. You will be charged a 20% restocking fee and will not be credited your original shipping cost. All credits will be issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned product back into our warehouse. Additional processing time and fees will apply if we are not aware the product is being returned. If the product is received back to our warehouse damaged, the customer will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier they used for the shipment. We will not refund you for the purchase if the customer sends the item back damaged.
What happens if the product I ordered is out-of-stock?
It is important to pay attention to backorder dates. All backordered items are highlighted in red lettering on the product page. There will always be an expected ship date on these products. However, if you happen to miss the backorder date on the site you email confirmation will also let you know there is a backorder date. Please check back often continuous updates to our website; at times the backorder dates will be changed. To hold your order, we do charge you at the time the order is placed to ensure that you will receive the product when the shipment comes in.
I am shipping to Canada, who pays brokerage, duties and taxes?
We are not responsible for brokerage, duties, or taxes. You will have to pay these costs in addition to the normal shipping cost.
What is MAP?
In order to protect our distribution network and the integrity, value, and margins of our products. Wholesale North America has a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy for most of our products. This policy will be uniformly enforced. MAP or Minimum Advertised Price is an agreement between suppliers and retailers stipulating the lowest price and item is allowed to be advertised. The product price must be at or above MAP price; shipping cost is not included in the MAP price. It is against our policy to sell products under MAP. If we find that your company is selling under MAP you will be suspended. Please note, when selling on eBay it is not allowed to sell items with “Best Offer” or “eBay Auction” options for customers. We will be checking your sites to see if you are selling under MAP. We will need a list of all sites you are selling on, and if we find that you are selling on a site that you have not told us about you will be suspended and we will not ship orders for you.
