How are shipping costs calculated?
The shipping cost is tiered up to $32.99. After $32.99 the shipping is included in the price.

How fast do items ship?
Normally, we can get items out within one business day. We are open Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM. If we have to ship the item from another warehouse it could take up to 72 hours to get tracking.

Tracking your shipment:
After shipping we will email you the tracking information; you can also check the same by clicking on the Orders History in the website.

If you are a stocking dealer:
Depending on the products that are shipped to your location, the products will be shipped by FedEx, UPS, USPS or LTL on Pallets.

Entering the incorrect address/ shipping address is changed after the item has been shipped:
If you enter the shipping information incorrectly when the order is placed and we have to contact the carrier to change the address on the shipment you will be charged a $15 service fee to change this address. If the customer changes the address after the carrier has picked up the shipment the same fee will apply.

Shipping international, who pays brokerage, duties and taxes?
We are not responsible for brokerage, duties or taxes. You will have to pay these costs in addition to the normal shipping cost.

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico and all other international shipments is not included in the tiered shipping.
